Hi I’m Carly Maxwell, your dedicated Personal Trainer with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. My journey began as a fitness enthusiast and evolved into a professional pursuit with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California State University Long Beach.
Committed to changing lives, Carly is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who has successfully guided clients from all walks of life toward their fitness goals.
Driven by my own experiences, I recognized the unique fitness needs during the pregnancy and postpartum periods. Motivated to provide specialized support, certified with ProNatal Fitness. I am passionate about helping women navigate the unique challenges of these stages by providing personalized training that empowers and uplifts. I’d love to be part of your fitness journey.
Born and raised in sunny California I now share my time between Germany and the US. I love maximizing family time, fitness (what a surprise) and traveling.
