  1. Diastasis Recti: A separation of abdominal muscles. (can show up as back pain, or a “mom pooch”, coning in midline of stomach). 

  2. Pelvic Floor Dysfunction: this is a big umbrella of different issues, such as leaking, prolapse, hypERtonic or hypOtonic pelvic issues, or pelvic pressure/pain.

  3. Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction: Pain in the front of your pelvis, usually occurs light a lightening bolt strike when the legs are far apart from eachother. Can be felt going up stairs, up curbs, getting into the car, rolling over in bed.

  6. SI Joint Pain: Pain in the back side of your pelvis (usually single sided)
  7.  Sciatica: Shooting pain down the back of the leg or numbness. *usually single sided. 
  8. Round Ligament Pain: Sharp pain in the front lower abdominal/groin area. (moreso felt during Pregnancy) but can continue until uterus returns to normal size.
